Richard Chad is a 3rd generation home builder and has been licensed in the Florida construction industry since 1985. He holds a bachelors degree in civil engineering from the University of South Florida and a bachelors degree in biological science from the University of Michigan. His experience includes new home construction and renovations of investment properties. 
Joshua Manaugh holds a license in the state of Florida both as a general contractor and roofer. He is also a member of The Florida Roofing Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association. He began his construction career more than 16 years ago. His career has afforded him the opportunity to manage many projects in the construction field.
